COUNSELING CENTER ESTABLISHED IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE ADVISORY NOTES YOU, INCLUDING:
I. Consultation conditions established language center:
Language Center is the kind of center that specializes in continuing education training, foreign language training of the national education system. Language centers have legal status, seal, there is a separate account. Language Center was established to meet the following conditions:
1 There are frequent sources of enrollment, stable;
2. staff management as prescribed by law;
3 There is a team of qualified teacher provisions of the law, qualified teaching classes to ensure continuous operation, schedule of courses;
4 There are enough offices, classrooms, desks and chairs, a language laboratory, a computer lab with the equipment required to meet the learning conditions performed on content, curriculum theory and practice of students;
5 There are at least sufficient financial resources to pay for the regular activities of the Centre in the first year;
6 Sufficient conditions prescribed for fire and explosion prevention, sanitation, health and security of the center.
II. Profile establish language centers include:
1 Application for establishment of centers;
2 Scheme established centers include the following:
a) The purpose and requirements established centers;
b) Name of center, address, phone number, Email, Fax;
c) It is expected that the curriculum, student size in the first year and the next three years;
d) A written explanation of the conditions established centers, which must provide written proof of ownership (or lease) of land, housing, facilities, equipment and office work; classrooms, practice rooms and financial resources to meet the requirements as stipulated in Article 8 of this Regulation;
e) list and brief staff and management of organic teacher, lecturer (name, year of birth, qualifications, specialized training, current position, body work);
e) The list of facilities, classrooms, practice rooms and equipment, vehicles, materials.
3 The curriculum vitae of the person making the center's director.
4 Copy of diploma, certificate management staff and teachers.
III. Consulting services permit foreign language centers established at Minh Anh Consulting, including:
1 Free consultation and legal issues related to establishing language centers for customers;
2 Examination, evaluating the legality of the request and advise the client papers;
